Losing a loved one is always hard. When the aftermath is over there is much to do. When it was finally time to liquidate the house I went through the stack of we buy houses mail that had accumulated. We chose Luke because of his one nice letter and no repeat calls or letters. Boy did we choose correctly. Luke responded to every text and call efficiently. He was easy to deal with and made every effort to make this transaction happen. There is no need to call anyone else. Thank you sir!

My brother was the executor of my aunt’s house, and I volunteered to call and vet all the “as is” buyers who had contacted him by mail. Luke responded very quickly to my call. While it took months to clean, clear, and donate items from the house, Luke stayed in touch the entire time. As an artist, I enjoyed my conversation with Luke about the plans for the home. We discussed the price, and Luke offered both a fair and realistic amount for the “as-is” sale. Luke was the only residential redeveloper who immediately sent a follow-up email explaining the terms. I forwarded everything from all the “as-is” buyers, and my brother ultimately chose Luke.
