How long until I get my money?
Once we have come to an agreement and sign the sales contract it takes on average 25 days to close. During this time, our team will conduct a title search and make all the necessary preparations for closing. This process largely depends on your situation and may be much faster than 25 days or could take slightly longer.
Can I leave things behind?
Yes, sellers may leave behind any items they choose not to take with them before the closing.
